What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

We ship ALL U.S. orders for FREE!

For in stock items, all orders received Monday through Friday by 1 PM East Coast Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after these times are shipped out the next business day. Orders are shipped every day except for Saturday, Sunday and major National holidays. For items not in stock, (rare) order processing can take an additional 1-2 business days. To ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you, however split orders are an unlikely occurrence with SlenderWeigh.com. We do everything in our power to keep all products in stock at all times.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after you complete your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail that you will receive shortly after submitting your order. If you find that your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately by phone (347) 796-1985 or email service@slenderweigh.com .Once your order has shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order or shipping address. Any shipment issues and order related problems must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipping date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which show proof of delivery from the shipping company to the address you provided.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?
International orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any international order that we have reason to suspect is fraudulent, is too expensive to ship, and/or has an increased risk of being returned back by Customs because it is a restricted product. If we decide to cancel your order, we will send you an email to notify you of our decision.

What is your policy on lost/stolen orders?
Domestic Shipments:
Although extremely rare, it is possible for packages to get delayed, damaged, or lost during transit. It is precisely for this reason that we use address verification and delivery confirmation on all of our packages. We regret, we do NOT assume any responsibility for lost or stolen orders. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address provided by the customer we will have to charge the customer standard shipping charges to re-ship the order, however if a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" because of an error we made, we will certainly re-ship the order to you at no additional cost. Please verify a correct address at the time of your order before your order has shipped.

International Shipments:
While we understand that it can be extremely frustrating to wait indefinitely for an order or not know what happened to an order, please be advised that we do not assume any responsibility for orders delayed, damaged, or lost in transit to international destinations nor can we issue any refunds. If an international package gets returned back to us for any reason, we will process a refund less actual shipping charges incurred by us. We encourage our international customers to familiarize themselves with local customs regulations before placing their order for nutritional/dietary supplements to minimize the risk of shipments being delayed or returned due to local customs restrictions.

Within United States, get FREE standard shipping ON ALL ORDERS! Orders received by 1 PM (East Coast Time)(Monday thru Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Domestic Orders

We ship via US Postal Service and UPS. We choose the best carrier based on the shipping address given. If you have a preference for a carrier, please let us know. When shipped via the postal service, your package is usually delivered to your mailbox and you do not have to be home to sign for it. Yes, we ship to all PO Box addresses and military APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders

All International Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service only. Delivery times given above are excluding the processing time of 2 business days. Please check with your local customs office about possible restrictions on the products you are interested in before placing an order because we do not accept any responsibility for international orders that are delayed, damaged, lost, or returned to us by Customs.
